Twisted Tree Nursery Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Shipping:

  • We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express delivery.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States.

  • We currently ship to all 50 states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We guarantee all of our products, if anything arrives contaminated it will be replaced free of charge!

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged items and your order number for prompt assistance.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for any damaged or missing items.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.

  • Cancellations or changes may be subject to a processing fee if the order has already been processed.
